$3.00

When teaching handwriting to beginners, its not developmentally correct to teach writing the letters in alphabetical order.  Use this chart to teach children the order of letter writing based on developmental progression of vertical and horizontal lines, followed by curves, and lastly diagonals.  It will improve the likelihood that your child will be able to form the letters properly with more legible handwriting. Proper letter order for teaching the alphabet

Description

Use this chart to help you teach the alphabet in an developmentally appropriate way.

Children progress through handwriting by writing vertical and horizontal lines first, followed by curves, and then diagonals.

Teach the alphabet in this progression so that children are more likely to learn how to properly form their letters.
